About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in generating qualified leads for international IT services and software development projects. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience in using platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing tools. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies for international markets.
  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Marketing tools for targeted outreach.
  • Maintain and manage lead databases while ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends to expand lead generation channels.
  • Track, measure, and report lead generation activities and success rates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT services lead generation.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
