**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound calls** to potential clients to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- **Qualify leads** based on customer needs, budget, and project fit.
- Maintain and update the **CRM system** with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Provide **project information, pricing details, and features** to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance brand trust.
- Support marketing initiatives such as **event coordination, site visits, and promotional campaigns**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, or related field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in **pre-sales, telecalling, or lead generation** (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Strong **sales orientation** with the ability to identify potential opportunities.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**.
