Job Summary:
As a Pre-sales E-commerce Sales Executive, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and position our e-commerce services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients, understanding their e-commerce needs and pain points
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions to prospects
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our e-commerce services and offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and sales conversions
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets specific targets: we are flexible

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or business development in e-commerce or related industries
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant training in e-commerce or sales engineering is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with global e-commerce markets and regulations
- Additional language skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Continuous learning and professional development
