Position: Ecommerce Executive

We're on the lookout for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to join our team and take our brand to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing strategy for driving D2C business
- Timely Order dispatch.
- Managing the content on the platform
- E Commerce Operations management
- Forecasting inventory management
- End user engagement
- E-commerce Executive will be responsible for sales of the Brand across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, etc.
- The responsibilities will include:
1) Responsible for topline growth in a sustainable fashion.

2) Responsible for creating &managing the listing and cataloging operations.

3) Establishing meaningful partnerships with marketplaces to develop new sales channels.

4) Leading client servicing and client interacting with clients to increase sales and resolve issues.
- The person will have full responsibility of the company's business on online marketplaces.
- E-Commerce Excellence:

- Optimize listings, drive online sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Supply chain Operation
- Management of Branding collateral
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
- Social Media Mastery
- Lead our Instagram presence, creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
- Be the voice of our brand online, maintaining a consistent and engaging tone.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with our marketing and design teams to align online and offline efforts.
- Provide insights to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with B2C Operations.
- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, order and fulfillment processes.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/BD operations with an e-commerce vendor or at a marketplace
- Should have a demonstrated track record of generating sales on online platforms in a sustainable manner
- Should have experience leading teams
- Experience in jewelry industry preferred
- Experience working with an online marketplace is highly desired Education
- UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Social media expertise with a focus on Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
