Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing).
- Monitor stock availability, order processing, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement online promotions and campaigns.
- Track website traffic, sales performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth online shopping experience.
- Stay updated with e-commerce and digital retail trends.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce websites (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce/Shopify (or similar CMS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of digital marketing basics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
