Summary Of the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to manage and grow new & existing e-commerce and retail client accounts in the U.S. market. This role is

perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, retail, and client success

and wants to play a pivotal role in helping our clients grow & scale.

As an Account Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients

and oversee day-to-day operations of their online and/ or physical retail businesses

including inventory management, ordering, e-commerce operations, and marketing

coordination. This is a strategic, client-facing position where ownership, proactivity, and

strong business acumen are key.

Key Responsibilities:Client & Account Management

o Serve as the main point of contact for assigned our U.S.- based clients.

o Build strong relationships through proactive communication, regular reporting, and solution-oriented updates.

o Translate client goals into actionable plans and ensure successful execution.

E-Commerce & Retail Operations

o Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).

o Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate reorders, and forecast demand.

o Verify inventory receipts & reconcile orders & receipts to ensure accurate cost & inventory levels.

o Track orders and fulfillment workflows, coordinating with warehouses, 3PLs, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

o Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact sales.

Marketing & Website Coordination

o Work closely with marketing teams to align inventory and promotional plans.

o Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

o Monitor performance data (sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and flag trends or opportunities.

o Work with internal web developers & designers to update client website and oversee aesthetics and quality of changes to the website

Reporting & Insights

o Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting KPIs, wins, and action items.

o Use data to provide insights and recommend strategies to improve revenue, inventory turnover, and eiciency.

Process Optimization & Upselling

o Create and document SOPs to streamline workflows and scale operations.

o Suggest and implement automation or process improvements to increase productivity and billable hours/ revenue from Client.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years in account management, operations, or e-commerce management roles
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations from inventory and ordermanagement to fulfillment and marketing coordination
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central,WooCommerce, or similar
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with U S
  • client-facing experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills you think in terms of businessoutcomes, not just tasks

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with US or Western clients and familiarity with US retailseasons (Black Friday, holiday sales, etc
  • Demonstrable experience working with AI to improve retail operations
  • Background in inventory forecasting, catalog management, onboarding/ sales, orworking as a manager in retail setting
