Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing invoices, handling e-invoicing and e-way bills, making monthly GST reports and maintaining accurate financial records in Tally.

Key Responsibilities

● Record and manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.

● Prepare and issue invoices using Tally.

● Handle E-invoices and E-way bills as per GST requirements.

● Maintain and update accounting-related Excel/Google sheets.

● Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

● Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

● Prepare periodic accounting reports for management review.

● Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

Required Qualifications

● Graduate in Commerce (B. Com) or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in accounts.

● Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.

● Hands-on experience with invoice generation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Efficiancy in spoken and written communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in trading, chemical, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

● Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other accounting compliances.
