**About the role**:
The Estimation Engineer in pre-sales will support sales by providing technical inputs with price estimation in complex solutions through RFP / RFI.The PSE collaborates with sales, service engineering, and technical support resources vendors for pricing to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions and pricing that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customers / Prospects' technical decision-makers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Works on prospects/deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing efforts based on maximizing total impact on the team.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the and the firm.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported.
- Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
- Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and
- Negotiate with vendors for product rates in BOM ( Bill of Material) to provide optimum quotes in the business proposal.
- Visit with the Sales team at the client/prospect location and participate in the discussion.
**Accountabilities and Performance Measures**:
- Provide timely solutions on defined scope/cost in a timely manner to client proposals
- Achieves assigned productivity and profitability KPIs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Reports on a dotted-line basis to the sales team manager for the team supported.
- Works closely and collaboratively with the sales and account teams supported.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
