The role of a Tele-Sales executive is to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company’s products or services in Middle East Market. From generating leads to processing and answering customer queries, scheduling meetings for sales executive, a tele-sales executive should be able to handle all activities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Generating and developing leads through data base, digital Marketing Promotional Activities, Tele calling, Cold calling through the database. Maintaining relationships with customer.
- Use their telesales executive skills to reach out to the target audience
- Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone
- Learn sales related features and advantages for entire products and services.
- Ensure to maintain professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers
- Explain clearly and precisely features and advantages to prospects in technical terms.
- Diligent follow-ups
- Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques

- Any graduate can apply
- Should have pre - Sales process experience telephonic only. Not a must
- Excellent English communication skill.
