**Job Summary**:
As a **Pre-Sales Executive** at Big Boy Toyz, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is crucial in creating a powerful first impression, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries from multiple digital platforms, understand customer needs, and nurture leads through the early stages of the buying journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound leads generated from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and preferences (brand, budget, model, lifestyle).
- Qualify leads based on BBT’s client profiling and forward to sales team accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems in real-time.
- Schedule showroom visits or virtual appointments for interested clients.
- Provide basic information on available car models, features, and services.
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth pre-sales experience.
- Assist with lead nurturing activities like follow-ups, test drive bookings, and reminder calls.
- Share brochures, spec sheets, and other marketing collateral with interested customers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, CRM, or client coordination (automotive or luxury retail preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi fluency required).
- Presentable, with a customer-centric attitude and polished soft skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Passion for luxury cars and automotive industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience working in a luxury car showroom or premium sales environment.
- Understanding of automotive terminology, high-end car brands, and buyer behavior.
- Ability to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) with professionalism and poise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
