**Job Title**: Sous Chef - Central Kitchen
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen departments and staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of bulk food production.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.
- Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and managing inventory.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Train and guide kitchen team members to improve efficiency and performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Sous Chef** or similar role in a large-scale or central kitchen.
- Expertise in **bulk cooking and food production management**.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Salary : 45k to 50k
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
