**Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in managing the kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. You will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for food and creativity by preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes. **Responsibilities**
- Planning and managing the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking are carried out in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Oversee the food inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Create new menu items and specials, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special events and functions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
