**Position**: Sous Chef - Multi-Cuisine - 1 Opening
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5-6 Years in Multi-Cuisine Kitchens
Crestmont Ashapurna Hotels is seeking a skilled and creative **Sous Chef** with expertise in multi-cuisine dishes to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Plan and prepare Indian, Continental, and other global cuisines
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality & presentation
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning, inventory, and cost control
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine food preparation
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and modern culinary techniques
