Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a reputed restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and modern cooking techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Culinary diploma or degree preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotational shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
