**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and management.
- Lead the preparation and cooking of Pan Asian dishes with a focus on authenticity and flavor.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and plating presentation.
- Collaborate on new dish creation and seasonal menu updates.
- Maintain inventory, ensure timely ordering of ingredients, and minimize wastage.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in line with FSSAI and restaurant policies.
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours and take charge in the Head Chef’s absence.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3-6 years of experience in Pan Asian or Asian fusion cuisine.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen.
- Strong understanding of Asian ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
