**CRM Executive**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Sample responsibilities for this position include**:
- Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Support the Senior CRM manager to define and develop the retention strategy, roadmap and budget that will achieve targets and KPIs
- Ensuring that client information is most updated in CRM tools
- Lead regular status meetings and glean field input through regular connects
- Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques
- Proficient in Zoho and Excel preferred
- Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs
- Follow standard practices, keeping data organized, readable, maintainable, and documented
- Remain current on new and updated information
- Manage the sending of the Quarterly connects and other marketing invitations to client
- Bright and willing to learn
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)
