Job Responsibilities:

- Primary Interaction with the Customer for order, payments, New products, and other relevant updates.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Have to pack orders, coordinate with delivery partners, and keep track of timely delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty.

**Requirements**:
Skills Required:

- Freshers are welcome or Minimum of "N" years experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal..
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
