Guest Relation Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate the scheduling media interaction of Guests. This includes Invite as well as Follow-ups ahead of Media Interaction.
- Supporting the team in getting the Guest to join the meeting and monitor seamless support during the meeting
- Maintain a guest list and plan calendar ahead of time with active back-ups
**Communication and Stakeholder Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries, ensuring professional, timely, and clear communication.
- Communicate any changes or updates regarding guest schedules to both internal teams and external guests.
**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Keep detailed records of all guest interactions, visit outcomes, and feedback.
- Provide reports on guest visits, tracking key metrics such as guest satisfaction, feedback, and potential business opportunities.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, hospitality, event management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a guest services, coordination, or event management role, preferably in a corporate or trading environment.
- **Key Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
