**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and potential homebuyers. The role involves managing client interactions, providing property information, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and prospective buyers professionally.
- Coordinate property site visits, ensuring a smooth and personalized client experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, offers, and amenities.
- Assist clients with documentation, bookings, and other sales-related formalities.
- Handle client promptly and effectively.
- Maintain client databases, visitor logs, and inquiry records.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Support the organization during exhibitions, promotional events, and property showcases.
- Maintain Data in salesforce/ERP.
- Coordinate with CP/ Marketing team & clients for maintaining proper & correct data of leads

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of real estate terminologies, pricing, and market trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proficient in salesforce software would be an added advantage

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (real estate/hospitality industry preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
