**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)**
**Location**: Goregoan Nesco
**Department**: Front Office / Guest Services
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred in hospitality or customer service

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a well-spoken, courteous, and presentable Guest Relations Executive to join our hospitality team. The GRE will be the face of our property, welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process, handling guest queries, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure VIP and regular guests receive personalized services
- Coordinate with all departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to meet guest needs
- Maintain records of guest preferences for future visits
- Assist with concierge services such as reservations, directions, and local recommendations
- Promote the property’s amenities, offers, and events
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy reception area

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English (and regional languages a plus)
- Customer-first attitude with a pleasant personality
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of PMS systems (like Opera, IDS, etc.) is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
