**Role Overview**:We are looking for a warm and professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. This role involves greeting guests, managing inquiries, and providing excellent service to meet their needs and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and courteous attitude.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about our services and facilities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and work to resolve any concerns.
- Maintain records of guest interactions and update relevant documentation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office).
