**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception & Welcome**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless transition from the entrance to their table.
- Assist with reservation management and provide personalized service to VIP and repeat guests.
- Escort guests to their seats, ensuring they are comfortable and aware of the restaurant's offerings.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Monitor guest experience throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Resolve any issues or complaints swiftly, ensuring a positive resolution and guest retention.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- **Guest Relations Management**:
- Build strong relationships with regular and repeat guests, remembering preferences and personalizing their experience.
- Proactively engage with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience and offer recommendations where appropriate.
- Handle any special guest requests, including birthdays, anniversaries, or dietary requirements, with the utmost attention to detail.
- **Coordination with Front-of-House & Back-of-House Teams**:
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Ensure any special guest needs, such as dietary restrictions or preferences, are communicated to the kitchen.
- **Reservation & Waitlist Management**:
- Manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy in guest bookings, including handling special requests and preferences.
- Monitor and manage guest waitlists, ensuring a smooth and efficient seating process.
- **Event Assistance**:
- Support with the planning and execution of private events, corporate functions, or special occasions.
- Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain detailed guest logs and profiles, including preferences, allergies, and special requests for future visits.
- Provide regular feedback to the restaurant manager about guest experiences and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in marketing efforts by collecting feedback and promoting special events or promotions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
