**GRE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Guest Welcome and Check-in: Welcome guests upon arrival, ensure a smooth check-in process, and provide personalized service.
- 2. Guest Relations: Build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
- 3. Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- 4. Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback, providing insights to improve hotel services and facilities.
- 5. Loyalty Program: Promote and manage the hotel's loyalty program, ensuring that guests are aware of the benefits and rewards.
- 6. Guest Services: Coordinate guest services, such as airport transfers, tour bookings, and restaurant reservations.
- 7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 8. Maintain Guest Data: Accurately maintain guest data, including preferences, special requests, and loyalty program information.
- 9. Adhere to Hotel Policies: Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including those related to guest data protection and confidentiality.

**EDUCATION**:
Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. His/her behavior and personal appearance will always be geared to the objective of being an example to all other staff within the Hotel. He/she will strive to use a polite language and well-groomed in his/her relation with the Hotel guests, colleagues and staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
