**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Brief JD**:

- Customer contract administration
- Making call to clients for collections
- Review of billing documents when disputed
- Ability to identify and make determination regarding discrepancies about billing
- Accurate forecast of monthly end key process indications (Overdue aging)
- Responsible for escalations for customer satisfaction issues associated with accounts receivable file
- Comply with business controls processes for ensuring audit compliance
- Documentation of Collection and Dispute Management with internal and external parties.
- Schedule payments and settle accounts

Applicants must have at least one year of customer service experience on behalf of a US or international company.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is must

Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Payable will be an added advantage

Good interpersonal skills and a good ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone

Ability to communicate clearly on the phone Ability to work at night/US standard working hours

**Experience**: 1-2 years in US/UK/multinational voice process

**Shift**: Fixed Night shift. Monday-Friday

**Compensation**:
CTC will be commensurate with experience, qualification and skills. In addition to base pay, we offer discretionary performance-based allowances.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
