**Job Title: Executive Assistant**
**Job Summary**: The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting executive-level management by handling various administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are timely and efficiently organized.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure the workplace is well-organized and efficient.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects as assigned by the executive, providing research, data analysis, and support as needed.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on important matters.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or PA diploma/certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- **Independence**: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Discretion**: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry in which the executive operates can be an advantage.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
