ONLINE BIDDER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Must have experience in online bidding on various portals like Freelance, Upwork, Guru, etc.
- Must be familiar with lead generations from various platforms.
- Assisting BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in the business development of the company.

**Desired Profile**

Must be familiar with:
1. UPWORK / Fiverr / GURU

2. Online Bidding

3. Lead Generation

4. Business Leads

5. International Leads

6. Business proposal writing

What we need from you?:

- Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like Upwork, freelancer, guru, and PPH and managing other sources, client requirements, and client relationship channels. Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
- Writing Proposals / Costing/ Negotiations/preparing project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, preparing the release package.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Excellent communication in English (Verbal & Written), having the experience to deal with international clients.
- Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
- Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, and communication links between the development team clients.
- Should have Knowledge of how to generate leads.
