**Job Title**: Bakery & Dessert Café Staff
**Location**: Jayanagar & Koramangala, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Service**
- Prepare and serve **ice creams, desserts, shakes, bakery items, and beverages** as per company standards.
- Ensure quick and efficient order preparation while maintaining food quality and hygiene.
- Follow **food safety guidelines** and maintain a clean working environment.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management for replenishment.

**Customer Service & Billing**
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Take orders, process payments, and handle **cash transactions & POS billing**.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming customer experience.
- Address customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.

**Store Operations & Hygiene**
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** in the kitchen, counter, and dining area.
- Arrange and restock items in the display counter.
- Assist in stock management and waste reduction.
- Follow store policies and **FSSAI hygiene regulations**.

**Requirements**:

- **0-2 years** of experience in a **bakery, dessert café, ice cream parlor, or fast food outlet** (Freshers can apply).
- Ability to **prepare and serve food items quickly and efficiently**.
- Basic knowledge of **food safety and hygiene standards**.
- Good **customer service and communication skills**.
- Experience with **cash handling and billing systems** is a plus.
- Willingness to **work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays**.
