1. Production Assistance: Assist in the preparation of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.

2. Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and maintaining a high level of quality.

3. Recipe Adherence: Ensure accurate implementation of recipes and portion control to maintain consistency in product quality.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage ingredient inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring freshness and proper storage.

5. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established standards for taste, appearance, and texture.

6. Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior staff, assisting in their skill development and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Baker or Pastry Chef to develop new recipes, techniques, and seasonal offerings.

8. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

9. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about bakery products when necessary.

10. Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and any other relevant guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
