**Key Responsibilities**
- **Bakery Operations**:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Innovate and develop new bakery items to enhance the menu.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all bakery products meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage inventory to minimize waste.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the pastry and kitchen team to coordinate production schedules.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and apprentices.
- **Hygiene & Compliance**:
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all ingredients.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Assist in managing bakery equipment and reporting maintenance needs.
- Optimize production timelines to meet customer demands effectively.
**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in a professional bakery or pastry environment, preferably from a reputed F&B company.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Bakery, Pastry Arts, or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong expertise in bread-making, pastry techniques, and dessert preparation.
- Creative flair for developing innovative bakery products.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
