Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**
- Quick Learner: Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities swiftly.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the team and track progress and follow up on action items as instructed by the CEO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. (Freshers with any backround who has excellent communication skills can apply)
- Experience: Freshers are welcome Prior experience in administrative roles or internships is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the CEO and organization with integrity.
