Job Title: Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Calendar Management**: Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, and ensure follow-up on action items after meetings.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing important documents, reports, presentations, and speeches for the CEO. Ensure all documents are accurate, well-formatted, and completed on time.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and ensure privacy in all matters related to the CEO and company operations.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO, including research, presentations, and collaboration with other departments or external partners.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organize company events, conferences, and board meetings, including logistics, communication, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- **Office Management**: Oversee administrative functions of the CEO's office, including filing, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Task Prioritization**: Assist the CEO in managing and prioritizing daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and responsibilities are tracked and executed efficiently.
- **Travel Coordination**: Handle any last-minute travel changes, including rescheduling, cancellations, and making adjustments as necessary to accommodate the CEO’s needs.
- **Stakeholder Interaction**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative assistant supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and software tools as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
