
Pre-sales Executive

Lead the development and presentation of product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the presentation to meet the specific needs and pain points of each potential customer.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to active engagement in the sales process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and industries to effectively position our products in the market.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights, influencing future product enhancements and features.
- Design and implement customized solutions for clients, ensuring compatibility with their existing systems and workflows for optimal integration.
- Prepare and deliver responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other queries from potential clients, ensuring all submissions are high quality and delivered within deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior pre-sales staff, providing guidance on best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of a library of pre-sales materials, including case studies, product sheets, and demonstration scripts, ensuring all resources are current and accurately reflect the product offerings.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
