**Min 1+ year of experience in Lead generation / Business development / Sales / Marketing role.**
**Location**: Chennai (Willing to travel inside & outside India)
**Education**:Any UG / PG - MBA’s preferred
**Language**:Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
This is a **Techno-Functional role** that requires understanding both the business needs of clients and the technical solutions we offer. The role involves **pre-sales activities**, particularly in **IT services or customizable products**, and is ideal for someone who has grown from a **technical/development role into a pre-sales or sales support role**.
- Understand client needs across multiple industries like **Insurance, Pharma, and Retail**.
- Explain and present our **solutions/services** to prospective clients, including **C-level executives**.
- Support the **complete pre-sales process** — including solution presentations, proposal writing, and reviewing documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape the best solution for the customer.
- Identify and qualify new leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos.
- Communicate client feedback and technical pain points to relevant teams.
- Maintain and update sales activities in the **CRM system**.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads.
- Develop and nurture client relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
