**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s healthcare solutions.
- Fix appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and nurturing prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, pre-sales executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical technology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
