**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling, Telemarketing, or Customer Support

**Location**: Guindy

**Work Schedule**: Weekly Off on **Tuesday**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects to prospects.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Achieve weekly/monthly pre-sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling/telemarketing/customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Passion to grow in the real estate industry.
