**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies for modern trade channels, targeting key accounts and distributors.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the modern trade landscape.
- **Sales Execution**: Drive sales initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, product placements, and merchandising strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Support the training and development of the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in modern trade.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the modern trade segment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and trade marketing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
