Lead the modern trade channel for a global home appliance brand entering India onboarding and managing national retail accounts and driving both sell-in and sell-out strategies Build and scale partnerships in-store activation and a high-performing sales team Lead and grow modern trade partnerships across India including hypermarkets chain stores and cash carry formats Drive sell-in and sell-out targets through strategic planning Open-to-Buy OTB strategies and impactful promotions Own Terms of Trade ToT and Joint Business Plans JBP with key accounts to ensure commercial success Manage in-store activations promoter teams and experiential marketing to boost consumer conversion Oversee account profitability P L collections and trade compliance Build strong retail relationships and lead commercial negotiations Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team across geographies Be the driving force behind a global brand s India launch Own National retail strategy with full autonomy and impact 12 years in sales channel leadership in consumer electronics or FMCG Proven modern trade and key account management experience Strong financial negotiation and leadership skills Entrepreneurial mobile upto 10-15 days of travel and ready to build from ground up Tier 1 MBA Preferred A fast-growing international consumer brand known for innovation in home care and kitchen appliances now expanding into India with a start-up mindset and global backing Be part of the India launch team of a globally admired brand Work in a high-growth high-ownership environment with a collaborative and performance-driven culture Build and Lead a national team shape retail strategy and make a visible impact from day one
