**Job Summary**
As a business development executive, You will play a crucial role in propelling the rapid growth of business development and achieving success in the designated Colorado region. Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and assess potential customers interested in ServiceNow products and the professional services offered by GlideFast Consulting. By being proactive in identifying, initiating contact, and finalizing new business deals, you will engage with customers at every stage of the sales process. This active involvement will be essential in driving the overall expansion and success of the business in the assigned territory.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough research and actively seek out potential corporate relationships, initiating leads. Utilize a consultative sales approach during introductory meetings to analyze the needs of the prospects. Coordinate and conduct initial product demonstrations and presentations in accordance with the sales process, aiming to close opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their present and future requirements to drive the adoption of Cloud solutions in the market.
- Maintain a consistent track record of meeting quotas and revenue targets. Utilize the CRM system to track and prioritize sales activities, as well as maintain and update the customer and prospect database.
- Collaborate with the internal resourcing team to ensure a seamless handover of closed deals to the Delivery team.
- Monitor project activities and, if necessary, generate Change Orders and follow-on SOWs for assigned engagements.
- Work closely with the internal pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client success at all stages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions.
- Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
- Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
- Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
- Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions.
- Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer success and account growth.
- Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
- Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.
**Desired Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in enterprise or cloud sales positions, selling platform services, and products.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
- High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Cloud (GCP/AWS) sales experience desired.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Additional Requirements**
- Attend both internal and client-facing kick-off meetings as a client advocate.
- Thrive in a full life cycle sales role, delivering success from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Maintain professionalism and a focused work environment during client meetings and interactions.
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service across all engagements.
- Demonstrate strong operational and analytical capabilities.
**Education Requirements**
- BE/BTech Degree education preferred or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
