**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Lead generation from various sources.
Ensure timely and persistent follow-up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain an updated and organized lead database for effective tracking and reporting.
- Freelancer/Bidding Platform Management:
Actively participate on freelancer platforms to identify and secure relevant business
opportunities.
Develop a strong freelancer profile, showcasing skills, experience, and successful project completions.
Regularly monitor platform notifications, respond to inquiries, and submit compelling
proposals.
- Social Media Outreach:
Create and implement a social media strategy to engage with prospects and industry
influencers.
Regularly share relevant content, participate in discussions, and build relationships to
enhance the company's online presence.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Develop engaging and personalized content to increase open and click-through rates.

- Google/FB/Insta Ads Campaign Management:
Design and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract
potential clients.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize
results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
**Qualification**:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development
- Must have leadership qualities
- Must have your own assets (BYOD)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
