TheBrainPsych is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
As a platform focused on mental well-being, we are committed to helping individuals navigate today's complex world. The BDE will play a key role in sourcing and connecting with qualified professionals to enhance our offerings. If you're passionate about mental health, have a knack for building relationships, and want to contribute to our mission, we'd love to have you on board.
What you will do
- Identify and reach out to qualified professionals for partnership opportunities.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups to convert prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client and psychologists onboarding.
- Track and report weekly progress on sales and onboarding metrics.
- Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and onboarding experience.
- Manage relations and communication with existing/potential partners.
Qualifications
- Some experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides, Hubspot or any CRM tools. Anything on mental health industry is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client outreach.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and having an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: ₹3, ₹5,000.00 per month
