* Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT company. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT services and strong communication and sales skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (Web development, Mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between client needs and project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM with leads, prospects, and client communication.
* Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, cloud, etc.).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Time management and organizational skills.
* Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (IT domain preferred).
- Experience with international clients (for companies dealing with overseas markets).
