About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or healthcare sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
