About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in line with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or healthcare sector.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
