Service Co-Ordinator

**Qualifications**:
Graduate/Engineer in Electrical/Electronic

Service Backgrounds preferred

**Experience**:
More than 1 year of experience in similar job.

**Salary**: 12k to 20k + Incentive
- The role requires good written and verbal communication to convey clear requirements, technical knowledge how to co-ordinate with engineers and customers.
- Provide site pre-requirements to customer and organising for installation and commissioning of systems.
- Liaison with customer to understand the complaints, try to provide online telephonic solution, co-ordinate and lining up respective service engineer for attending the service call.
- Provide estimate of materials / service to customer after understanding the requirement and to arrange for the material / service after receiving approvals.
- Giving daily line-ups to service engineers and checking and allocating them according to service issues.
- Tracking and closing service calls.
- Analyse the nature of service calls and make strategy to reduce repeat service issues.
- Generate report of service calls and conveying it to concern department to minimize repeat issues.
- To take responsibility of service payment follow up, timely completion of open issues.
- Deputing engineer as per AMC schedule.
- Sending the quotation to customer ,order processing ,billing & dispatching

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
