
Business Developement Executive-it Services Sales

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE) **with a passion for sales, technology, and customer engagement. As a BDE in our IT services division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of IT services, including software development, IT consulting, cloud solutions, and managed services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Maintain frequent communication with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage sales leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and ensure continuous movement through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service offerings and customer engagement.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities, lead status, sales forecasts, and revenue performance to the sales manager.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Excellent communication and is a hunter by nature
**Key Competencies**:
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into IT service solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including technical, support, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
