
Project Coordinator

We are hiring for our premium client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
2. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
3. Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights that support project decision-making. Prepare reports and summaries for project managers and clients.
4. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project-related information is organized and up-to-date.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, and team members.
6. Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for projects. Ensure that the required resources are available and utilized effectively.
7. Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables for quality and accuracy. Identify and address any issues that may impact project success.
8. Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Report any project issues or deviations to the project manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, or related disciplines).
- Atleast 2 yrs previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
