**Job Description:

- **
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project cost in order to meet budget.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and workplan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholder about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Good Knowledge in Bill of Materials and Compare to zero costing with qty & Rate, Material releasing to purchase department on priority basis.
- Preparation of Material and Labour Bill Reconciliation Reports.
- Preparation of Project Performance Reports.
- Preparation and Checking of subcontractor and Client bills.
- Attending the Project progress meeting with Client and consultant.
- Determining a safe system of work and compiling Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Preparing & Submitting Daily & weekly progress reports to the higher officials and discussing means of reducing potential risk or delays.
- Quantity Surveying.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
