Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

Working hours: 02:00 to 11:00 PM IST

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with project goals. You will assist in various aspects of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, acting as a central point of communication between all stakeholders and the client.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (5-7+ years) in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience in Utilities, Heavy Engg, IT domain is a plus.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation.
