**We are looking forward to hire Project Coordinator Professionals in the following areas**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive project administrative support, including scheduling meetings, minutes-taking and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to address queries, track progress and ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring timely invoicing, cost reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including resource utilization reports, project schedules and status updates.
- Ensure project closure procedures are followed, including archiving and maintaining documentation.
- Monitor unassigned incidents or SRs and ensure they are acknowledged as per SLAs.
- Assist the project manager in internal and external quality audits (CMMI, ISO, etc)
- Follow-up with the team to ensure documentation is updated for each incident or service request.
- Assist in resource management by preparing weekly reports and supporting resource allocation across projects.
- Assist the project manager by preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that need to be shared with the customer.
- Perform additional project administration tasks as needed to support project delivery.
**Skills Needed**:
- Ability to work across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work with teams across geographical regions.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technology services or project-based environment.
- Experience in project financial tracking and resource management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused approach to project coordination.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance on routine project tasks.
- Solid understanding of business processes, project structures and control requirements.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
