**Project Coordinator/ Events Management**

**Location**: Hyderabad (Hybrid - Onsite visits to MSFT office as required)
**Employment Type**: Full-time / 3 Months Contract-to-Hire (C2H) → Permanent after 3 months
**Rate**: ₹70,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
**Availability**: Immediate Joiner

**Job Overview**:
This is **not necessarily a senior-level role** but requires someone highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, teams, and clients.
- Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Be available for **at least 4+ hours** during the team’s working hours (**9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time Zone**).
- Support in organizing project workflows and ensuring smooth operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Excellent Communication Skills** - Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
**Strong Documentation & Organizational Skills** - Experience with project documentation, reports, and trackers.
**Proactive & Detail-Oriented** - Ability to take ownership of tasks and execute efficiently.
**Basic Understanding of Project Coordination** - Prior experience in a project support/coordination role is a plus.
**Time Flexibility** - Must be available for at least **4+ hours between 9 AM - 5 PM EST**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
