We are Hiring for **"Project Coordinator"** Position

**Role**:Project Coordinator (Exp in Industrial is preferred )
**Qualification**: Btech
**Experience**: 4+ Years
**Salary**:Up to 10 LPA (Negotiable)
**Location**: Secunderabad, Hyderabad

**About the role**:

- Lead the Projects Design for Industrial type.
- Act as SPOC for client for taking inputs and designing the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architectural Structural, MEP engineering, Our Sub vendors, outsourced vendors and construction teams.
- Having requisite experience of knowing National building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with Client and team below
- Preserve Project data and drawings in common place for future references.
- Developing the team below for future projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Principal Accountabilities is to support the management, coordination, reviews and approvals of the multidiscipline design delivery activities.
- Ensuring the project is executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner, reporting to the Project Manager.
- Act as primary technical coordination interface with the Client/ PMC/ Contractor to ensure that the Clients expectations are satisfied.
- This includes interfacing to obtain both the Clients construction related requirements and priorities and communicating this information effectively with the designers.
- Manage delivery of the design to cost and program working with design management teams.
- Ensure the project conforms to the Clients approved plan and all applicable project, regulatory and code requirements.
- Client Relationship: Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
- Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
- Identifies, documents and communicates as required to meet the Clients requirements. Scope Management Compliance with requirements of the contract.
- Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.
- Project Coordinator sets clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.
- Ensures design team aware of, and complies with, applicable regulations and codes.
- Manages inter-discipline interfaces effectively Project Monitoring & Reporting Provides the effective monitoring and regular reporting of design activity progress to the Package Manager.
**Tool Skills**: MS PROJECT, MSWORDS AND MS EXCEL AUTOCAD

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
